Return Window
We offer a 45-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. This extended period gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Not damaged, defective, or altered in any way
- Returned within the 45-day return window
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
- Items that have been modified or customized
Return Process
- Visit your account dashboard and select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click “Start Return” and follow the prompts to select the item(s) for return
- Print the provided prepaid return shipping label
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Attach the return shipping label to the package
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- You will receive an email confirmation with the refund details
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
- International returns may be subject to additional processing time
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact our customer service team immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Include your order number and item details
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return
- You will receive a full refund including shipping costs
- We may request the damaged item to be returned for quality control purposes
