Important Information

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package your item securely with all original packaging and accessories
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address

Return Shipping

For defective items or incorrect shipments, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • After approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Refund Types

  • Full Refund: For items returned in original condition within 30 days
  • Partial Refund: May be issued for items returned outside the 30-day window or with missing components
  • Store Credit: Available as an alternative to monetary refunds

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sanitary items (for health and safety reasons)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened software or digital products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
